How to delete your Loopa account

In the app
- Open "Settings".
- In the "Account" section, tap "Delete account".
- Tap "Delete" to confirm.
The server deletes the account and all your data immediately.
Without the app
Send an email to hallo@loopa.at from the email address of your Google account, with the subject "Delete my Loopa account". We will delete the account in 30 days or less, and we will reply to you.
What we delete
- the account: your email address and the ID of your Google account;
- your reading progress;
- your saved words, sentences and passages;
- your app settings.
After the deletion, we keep none of these data. The books that you downloaded stay on your phone until you remove the app. For more information, see the privacy policy.

Без застосунку
Напишіть на hallo@loopa.at з адреси email вашого акаунта Google, тема «Видалити акаунт Loopa». Ми видалимо акаунт протягом 30 днів і відповімо вам.
Що видаляється
- акаунт: адреса email та ідентифікатор акаунта Google;
- прогрес читання;
- збережені слова, речення й уривки;
- налаштування застосунку.
